Founder & Principal Coach

Grace founded Ascend Consulting Uganda in 2014 after 14 years in corporate leadership across Uganda and Kenya. She saw firsthand how the right coaching at the right moment could transform not just careers, but entire organisations.

A Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Grace specialises in executive coaching, leadership development, and organisational change. She has personally coached over 200 senior professionals across East Africa and spoken at major professional development conferences in Kampala, Nairobi, and Kigali.

Grace holds an MBA from Makerere University Business School and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Pretoria.
